Exchange and return policy
1. First Party: Ekleelvape.com Management.
2. Second party: customer.
3. Internal carrier: The shipping company responsible for transporting shipments within Saudi Arabia.
Ø First Party is committed to the laws issued by the Saudi Arabia government, represented by the Ministry of Commerce, and this list was created based on that. If the Ministry of Commerce system is updated in a way that cancels any of the item in this list, the item is considered canceled and will not be taken into consideration.
Ø The client has the right to exchange and return in the cases described in the exchange and return policy on the website only. Otherwise, none of the orders can be exchanged or returned.
Ø In cases of returns that are consistent with the first Party policy, the client will refund the purchase price using the same method of payment unless the two parties agree on another legal way.
Ø The second party has the right to return if there is a manufacturing defect in the product that causes the product to stop function, The second party must notify the first party about the product within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Ø The client must re-ship the product reported to have a manufacturing defect if the first Party requests him to do so.
Ø After reporting a manufacturing defect, the amount will be returned to the second party after the first Party make sure there is a defect in the product.
Ø If the second party request to replace the product due to a manufacturing defect with same version, First Party has the right to approve or reject based on the availability of the product in the store’s stock.
Ø The first party is committed to delivering shipments to the internal carrier within a maximum of 4 working days, and the second party has the right to cancel the order before shipping, noting that the shipping period ranges from one day to four days.
Ø If the second party cancels the order after shipping it, Shipping amount will deduct from second party the resulting material damage to the first party.
Ø The second party has the right to return the product if the product Fake, not original) within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Ø If the second party received different product, he has the right to replace it on condition Non-use and factory packaging kept as it is and the customer reships it after informing first party within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Ø If the internal carrier mistaken in the address or shipment, the first party is not responsible for that, and the second party can contact the internal carrier.
Ø In in case of (the shipment is lost or delayed) by the internal carrier, first party is not responsible, and the second party can contact internal carrier in this regard.
The order is shipped according to the address sent by the second party first party is not responsible for errors made by the second party and the second party has the right to request reshipping of the product and the cost pay by the second party.
